Our job as builder extends far beyond delivery. Wherever you are in the world, our experienced Customer Care team is standing by. From warranty management to complete life-cycle support, we provide the advice and services needed to our entire fleet. We also strongly value the knowledge and insights our Owners, captains and crew experience first-hand whilst on board and gladly receive feedback and ideas to continuously learn and improve from our community of captains and crew.
We like to think long term and that means being here for you and your crew throughout warranty and well beyond. Our Customer Care team is on hand to answer your questions about onboard operations, engineering drawings, possible modifications, upgrades, surveys and much more.
We know our yachts inside out and provide fast response to you and your crew worldwide. Although our services and support are based out of our headquarters in the Netherlands, our team maintains a global presence and you can expect to see our fleet engineers out on location. Regardless of where you are in the world, we promise to deliver the expert attention you need. Each yacht is designated their own fleet engineer and project specialist providing a dedicated team to work with you ensuring streamlined communications, a positive can-do mentality and peace of mind. Your trusted partner throughout the warranty period for an enjoyable and trouble-free ownership experience.
