Rose Damen Honoured with ISS Leadership Award

Damen Yachting celebrates Rose Damen, Managing Director, receiving the prestigious International Superyacht Society Leadership Award on 29 October during FLIBS 2025 in Fort Lauderdale. 

As a third-generation leader of Damen Shipyards Group, Rose has championed innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity across the superyacht industry. Her leadership has delivered award-winning Amels designs and advanced environmental initiatives through Love Our Oceans and Women in Yachting programs. 

"I accept this honour on behalf of our entire team," Rose stated. "Building yachts requires passion and craftsmanship from many hands working together." 

The peer-nominated ISS Leadership Award recognises individuals whose vision has shaped yachting's future, making this recognition particularly meaningful within the global superyacht community.
