The 10th Edition of Sail Amsterdam

The 10th edition of SAIL Amsterdam welcomes ships, crew members, and visitors from around the world who come together to celebrate nautical history. With over 10,000 ships present and 2.3 million visitors predicted over the 5 days it really is a huge celebration on the Netherland waterways. Tall ships from all over the world have been visiting Amsterdam every 5 years, it is the largest freely accessible event in the Netherlands taking over Amsterdam's IJ Harbour.

In 2025, as well as the 10th edition of the world's largest nautical event, it will also be the 50th anniversary of SAIL and the 750th anniversary of Amsterdam – so it will be a fun packed few days offering a wide range of activities, including ship parades, sailing competitions, music performances and cultural events all over the city of Amsterdam.
