Metstrade
Metstrade is the world's largest and most influential B2B trade exhibition for the leisure marine industry, held annually at the RAI Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam. It serves as a global platform where professionals from over 135 countries—including boat builders, naval architects, refit yards, and equipment manufacturers—converge to network, exchange knowledge, and conduct business. The event is a hub for showcasing the latest innovations, market developments, and sustainable solutions across various sectors, with dedicated pavilions and forums focusing on areas such as superyachts, construction materials, and next-generation propulsion systems.
Damen Yachting was delighted to exhibit at Metstrade 2025. Exhibiting alongside Damen Shiprepair, the largest repair facility in the Netherlands, and Damen Maaskant, who specialise in the niche market of ship conversions. This united presence marked a significant milestone as all refit entities within the Damen Shipyards Group come together to showcase their complementary capabilities at the world's largest marine equipment trade which took place 18-20 November at the RAI, Amsterdam.
The decision to exhibit reflected Damen Yachting's commitment to the global superyacht community. With Metstrade's expanded focus on the superyacht and refit sectors, the timing was ideal for Damen Yachting to showcase its unique combination of scale, expertise, and engineering capability.
