Outside the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, our private waterside mansion will be open to our selected guests to enjoy a luxurious setting and VIP hospitality. Complete with a rooftop lounge and private dock, this prime location will be a home-away-from-home for our guests for three days during the show.

Those invited can expect to arrive by private tender, have space to conduct business meetings, enjoy five-star service, and finish with a spectacular cocktail party with one-of-a-kind entertainment.

The property is also host to a select number of industry players for high-profile networking and attractions such as an NFT creator.
